It is one of the most welcoming pieces in the collection: no sharp corners anywhere, only soft volumes and large, fluffy cushions that invite you to stay.

The fold that makes it unique

Asolo's signature is its armrest. It comes in two widths and is finished with a pleat that folds over like the lapel of a well-cut jacket. It is a tailor's gesture, and it gives the sofa a relaxed elegance that works in very different homes: Flexform itself describes Asolo as right for settings from classic to contemporary. Look at the seams and the upholstery: everything is cut and finished with care.

Comfort you can see

Under the soft shapes there is a precise structure. The base is in solid wood padded with polyurethane; backrest and armrests have a metal frame with moulded polyurethane and Dacron, so they keep their line over the years. The seat cushions wrap polyester fibre around a crushproof insert, and the back cushions are in sterilised goose down with the Assopiuma gold label. The whole sofa rests on a silver-grey metal base. Covers in fabric or leather are fully removable.

Asolo is a sectional system: linear sofas, corners and larger compositions are built from its elements to fit your space, from a compact living room to a large open-plan area.

From the living room to the bedroom

The same design lives on in the Flexform Asolo bed, with a headboard in two depths and the same fold-over detail. Sofa and bed together give the home a continuous language, from day to night.
