A haiku is a poem of a few simple lines that, put together, open up a whole world. Baxter's in-house studio Baxter P. built the Haiku lamps the same way: glass elements in different shapes and colours, stacked into a single figure.
The glass is blown by hand by Murano's master glassmakers, so every lamp is one of a kind. Transparent areas, gradients and white-cased sections alternate, and light passes through each zone differently, with reflections that shift as you move around it.
The collection includes a wall lamp, three table lamps (24, 39 and 44 cm tall), with the new Haiku Maxi, a 128 cm floor lamp and two pendants. The main colours are brown, grey and blue, with white or amethyst spots depending on the model. Base and details are semi-matt brushed nickel.
